Cookies are very fragile because they predominate coconut flour, but they are very tasty and yummy. Great for kids for a snack or us to coffee 🙂
340 of butter at room temperature
1 cup of brown sugar or white sugar
1 ½ cup of coconut flour
½ of flour
¾ tsp of soda powder
4 cups of oatmeal
100 g of raisin
2 tbsp of almond flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
All ingredients put on into a bowl. Knead the dough with your hands. The dough will be sticky. Roll the dough into walnut – sized balls and arrange the balls a baking sheet. Flatten each cookie by hand or using a fork. Keep a large distance between each cookie because the cookies grow.
Bake them for 18 – 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 1800C. We will receive about 40 – 45 biscuits.
