Today I recommend you a delicious and strongly cheesecake with Nutella. It was invented by my Mom. Everyone asks about the recipe. Yummy 🙂
Baking tray: 23cm x 39cm
Ingredients for the bottom dough:
125 g of butter room temperature
½ cup of white sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of cocoa
150 g of flour
Stir egg, white sugar, and butter. Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa and sieve the mixture. Mix until completely blended. Put on baking paper and set out the cake on baking tray. Next prepare the cheese mass.
1 kg cream cheese
350 g of Nutella without 2 tbsp, which will be used to decorate cakes
60 g of butter room temperature
½ cup of double cream
3 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 packing chocolate pudding powder
2 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Put on all ingredients into a bowl (without 2 tbsp of Nutella) and mix well. Don’t mix for too long, only combine the ingredients. Pout the cheese mass out into the bottom.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven with convection at 1750 C for about 25 minutes, the next to reduce the temperature to 1600 C and bake for another 40 minutes.
- After turning off the oven, don’t open it, leave the cheesecake in it for 15 minutes, and then another 15 minutes with a slightly tilted.
- After removing from the oven, smear the still warm cheesecake with topping:
2 tbsp of Nutella
2 tbsp of butter
Gently heat and mix well.
100 g of walnuts
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
Fry the nuts in butter. Pour into a bowl and hot mix with powdered sugar. Sprinkle the cheesecake with a topping.
