Egg paste with Avocados

Delicious and nutritious egg paste. Simple and fast, perfect for sandwiches. Recommend 🙂

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 mature Avocado

3 tbsp of mayonnaise

Pepper, salt

Method:

Cook the eggs hard with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp vinegar. I cook for 10 minutes. Cool cut the eggs in a half and remove from the shells with a teaspoon. Cut the avocado in a half. Stone the pips. Peel skin.

Put on all ingredients into a blender and mix to the consistency of the paste.
